Reinforced Truss Type Discardable Formwork Slab Method "New Ferro DeckⓇ Prototype"
For floor structures under heavy load conditions such as factories and logistics warehouses!
The "New Ferro Deck® Prototype" is a reinforced truss formwork floor system that can be used on floors made of S, RC, SRC, and PCa materials, applicable to slabs with a thickness of 120mm or more. For example, when using the B80 type (upper and lower main bars D13@150) with a slab thickness of 150mm, construction is possible without support up to 3.7m, effectively shortening construction time and reducing the use of tropical hardwood. All products use JIS standard materials, and the corrugated sheets are made of hot-dip galvanized steel plates (Z12), with a working width of 600mm and lengths ranging from 0.6m to 7m. 【Features】 ■ Obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Research Institute (GBRC Performance Certificate No. 22-12) for all processes including quality control during factory production, temporary design, slab design, and on-site construction. ■ The main types of horizontal members supporting the slab are S, RC, SRC, and PCa structures. ■ No need for anchoring the lower end main bars of the truss to the beams, and the lower end of the distribution bars has been omitted to obtain certification. ■ The main bars are almost pre-arranged in the direction of reinforcement, reducing on-site reinforcement work and contributing to shorter construction time. ■ As an industrialized product, it provides accurate cover thickness and reliable reinforcement.
